Refund Policy

Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing.

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Email contact@aedsc.xyz from your subscription email, we process within 5 business days.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel any time from your billing portal — cancellation prevents the next charge but does not refund the current month. We do not pro-rate partial months unless the cancellation is the result of an unrecoverable service issue (extended downtime, billing error).

If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing period, you can request a pro-rated credit or refund. We treat these case by case.

Annual plans (if and when offered) follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, no refund is given for the unused portion; cancellation prevents the next annual renewal.

Email contact@aedsc.xyz from the address on the subscription. Include the Stripe receipt number. We confirm by email within 24 h and process within 5 business days.
