   Council pivot — GitHub Action ships, lifetime tier closed, Pro €29

   • Convened the AI council (Claude + Gemini + Codex) for a brutal read on AEDSC. All three independently said: pivot to a GitHub Action that comments on PRs, kill the lifetime tier, raise Pro price slightly, ship a sample report, add legal disclaimer.
   • Pazificateur69/aedsc-action@v1 published — drop 7 lines in .github/workflows/aedsc.yml, get a sticky PR comment with Slither findings ranked H/MED/LOW/INFO on every pull request. Configurable fail-on threshold. Free, MIT, public repo.
   • Lifetime €49 tier retired (0 seats had been sold). Replaced by Founder Pro at €29/mo, locked for life as long as the sub stays active.
   • Pro price bumped €19 → €29/mo to better signal quality in a market where cheap security tooling reads as untrustworthy.
   • Public sample report at /reports/sample-vault-reentrancy/ — the canonical Vault.sol demo from the hero, with full annotated findings, snippets, and a suggested fix diff. Artifact buyers can forward.
   • Terms rewritten with explicit liability cap (last billing period, max €1,000), no-warranty section, AS IS clause, GitHub Action data-flow disclosure. Legal exposure massively reduced before any wider launch.
   • Outreach playbook rewritten: pitch is now "install aedsc on your repo, free, comments on every PR" instead of "send me a contract for a free PDF". Conversion math projected 50× better.
2. 2026-05-27MILESTONE

   Live scan demo in the hero · npm package · public backend

   • Interactive scan widget shipped to the homepage hero — pick an example (Vault reentrancy / Token unchecked transfer / Auction timestamp + tx.origin), hit Scan it live, see ranked findings in 2 seconds. Same engine powers the paid scans.
   • Backend API publicly live at https://scan.aedsc.xyz (TLS via Let's Encrypt, auto-renew). New POST /v1/demo endpoint: synchronous, no email required, 8 scans / hour / IP free.
   • aedsc CLI 0.1.1 published on npm — npm i -g aedsc or zero-install with npx. Bundled with chalk + commander + ora, MIT, 11.8 KB.
   • /scan/ page rebuilt around the same widget — try live up top, queue a full async report below for the PDF + suggested fix diffs by email.
   • Email address normalized to contact@aedsc.xyz everywhere (mailto, SMTP, JSON-LD).

   Early access ships

   • Landing page goes live with full feature lineup, comparison table, and pricing.
   • Manual concierge scan flow at /scan/ — submit a .sol, get a real report in 24h.
   • Founder's Lifetime Pass live at $49 one-shot · 10 seats total.
   • /pro/ page rewritten in honest early-access voice. No more vaporware claims.
   • Three SEO-targeted blog posts shipped: Top 10 Solidity vulnerabilities, How to read a Slither report, Reentrancy attacks complete guide.
   • Terms / Privacy (GDPR) / Refund Policy pages live — required for Stripe activation.
   • Stripe Payment Link for Pro and Lifetime both active and tested.
