Stripe Customer Portal (self-serve)
The fastest path. Stripe's self-serve portal lets you change card, download invoices, upgrade/downgrade, and cancel in two clicks. No human in the loop.
When you check out, Stripe emails you a receipt that includes a «Manage your subscription»link. Use that link — it's your personalized portal session. If you don't have the receipt anymore, email contact@aedsc.xyz and I'll regenerate one for you within an hour.

Prefer to email a human? Tell me what you want and I'll do it:
- Cancel — I confirm + process within 24h. Your access stays until end of current billing cycle.
- Refund (within 14 days of first charge) — full refund, no questions. Money back in 5 business days.
- Switch plans — Monthly ↔ Lifetime (or vice versa). Prorated.
- Update card — I send you the secure Stripe portal link.
- Get invoices— for accounting. I'll email you the bundled PDF set.

What's the 14-day refund clause exactly?
See the full Refund Policy. TL;DR: 14 days from the first charge, full refund, no questions. After 14 days, you can still cancel anytime — but the current month is not prorated.
